All orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days after placing your order (excluding holidays). We are a small business that aims to get your purchase out to you asap but we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped within that time. If you need something by a certain date please get in touch before placing your order.

A shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been mailed.
$22 Usps first-class international shipping (includes tracking) – expected delivery 7-21 days (varies by destination)
$50 Usps priority international shipping – tracking yes! – Expected delivery 6-10 days
$65 Usps priority express international shipping – tracking yes! – Expected delivery 3-5 days
International shipments depend largely upon the pace with which they are processed through customs.
Dor’ Lumière is unable to control or predict delivery windows for these packages.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for these fees or delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
Lost or stolen packages are the buyers responsibility. We will give you the necessary information to proceed with your postal carrier.
We accept returns on full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange.
All discounted merchandise is final sale.
We are currently a small operation and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility.
Return must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be mailed back within 7 days of return authorization. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and process your return. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
All sales final on earrings, candles, and discounted merchandise.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number and form prior to return. No returns will be accepted without this number.
Dor’ Lumière is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Dor’ Lumière has the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
